End of summer😭

Well, uncle Ike is off to the mtc with just a couple more weeks til he sets out to Taichung 🇹🇼.  His farewell was wonderful, as he spoke about how the Book of Mormon teaches him about the truthfulness of all things and how it can help the people he is going to visit.  He was set apart with such a beautiful blessing from president Stan Fitts.  President Dave Stanley was the accompanying speaking at her farewell and he spoke of how isaac was a d/c 106er.  In that 84:106. He was strong and would lift the weak
106 And if any man among you be strong in the Spirit, let him take with him him that is weak, that he may be edified in all meekness, that he may become strong also.
Such a sweet tribute to mom and dad and their abilities to raise mighty fine children😉

I'm not even quite sure how to condense all of our summer goodness into one post.  June was chick full of cousins, lots of family time with the Jacobs before isaac took off, lots of time with the Naefs and a few projects as well.  July was absolutely delightful, just what I needed to unwind from how difficult things have been the past couple years.  Woodland was a godsend.  We'd spend all day and night playing together as a family.  How I love getting my crew to myself!
