Baby Eli

The Naef's newest addition, Eli Paul Naef. He is so tiny, hardly six pounds. He made his first debut at the Easter Hunt this past weekend.

A tacky post for a blog...

Thought I'd let everyone know that it's time for the Gabbart family to get rid of their cars and invest in a mini-van.  Anyone interested in a 2006 Corolla or a '99 4Runner let me know, they are FOR SALE.

By the way, the mini-van part is all made up, (Aaron would die!!!)  but we do plan on getting rid of our cars for something different.  

Don't you think Aaron would look good in this car...driving down the road rockin' out to Baby Einstein!  All you have to do is push a button and the doors open...sweet!

I'm out of ideas

Is anybody else having their 23 month old climb in bed with them numerous times during the night?  

Emma's always been a bad sleeper, I take that back, she's a horrible sleeper.  Once we moved out here to Draper, it took her a while to adjust to the big girl bed in her own room, but I finally got her taking naps and going to sleep in her room all by herself without screaming for hours on end!  Now my problem is trying to get her to stay in there.  (And I

 guarantee Emma is not a 'cry yourself to sleep' kid.  She will scream all night long, night after night.)  She's getting so clever.  This morning I woke up to her lovely face (for the fourth time in one night) without even realizing that she had crawled in bed with us.  She was lying right on the edge, careful not to disturb me.  Either that, or she had kept me up so much during the night that I was too tired to notice her this morning.  So...anybody know how long this is going to last? I am so desperate, I even tried super nanny's advice.   I think I've come to realize that motherhood is synonymous with sleepless nights.  (along with ten million other things)  All in all, I wouldn't trade it for a thing!
